Bindu is the founder and managing director of Angel Property Ltd, responsible for sourcing, structuring and managing projects, along with overseeing investment transactions. She shares a commitment to taking an innovative approach, offering unique investment opportunities to investors looking for access to a reliable asset class.

With previous experience across many fields, Bindu has a results-driven mindset, having taken on the role of managing director of Srindu Soft Ltd, a software consultancy company, for 11 years. This position meant that Bindu has become accustomed to implementing comprehensive business plans, taking into consideration the most cost-effective path to meet objectives. Her ability to motivate and influence people has fostered a culture of attention to quality within Angel Property Ltd and a drive to deliver excellent value for investors.

Today, Bindu’s role as managing director means that she remains in constant communication with business partners and authorities, forging relationships built on trust. Bindu will take charge of the development and execution of projects, ensuring that the goals of investors are met. Her MBA degree in Marketing in India and Masters Degree in International Business in the UK also means that she can thoroughly analyse problematic situations before providing well-thought-out solutions to reassure company growth.

Outside of her career, Bindu is passionate about children’s education and outreach programmes, continuously contributing and donating to the Isha organisation. Currently, Bindu is supporting five children by donating towards their education and as well as their meals and transportation. Her goal is to continue supporting children until they set off for university, while also contributing towards planting trees and helping communities.

With over 15 years of progressive experience and a post-grad degree in Finance Strategy from the University of Oxford, Sri is well-versed in all fields of business management, finance operations and Information Technology. He plays a vital role in Angel Property Ltd, specialising in raising investment, maximising value and mitigating risk, particularly amongst large-scale projects and commercial conversions. Sri has exceptional technical knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial modelling.

Throughout his career, Sri has supported a variety of new companies through periods of rapid growth, developing robust finance functions to manage the different challenges faced during their expansions. This has resulted in an impressive track record of ongoing success in business strategy, management, and finance. Sri has been deeply involved in the strategic discussion with VCs, strategic partners and worked on a number of medium to large property transactions. Procuring funds from institutions demonstrates his aptitude to building credible relationships with his clients, which is reflected in his role at Angel Property Ltd.

As well as his position in Angel Property Ltd, Sri is also been the Co-founder and Chief Finance Officer of AmpowerUK Ltd, which was a fast-growing energy supplier in the United Kingdom.

With extensive experience in operations management, Sarah joined Angel Property Ltd in August 2020 as the office manager of the company. Her bachelors’ degree major in Computer Engineering at Adamson University means that she has built an excellent reputation for her problem-solving skills and eye for detail. Previous to joining Angel Property Ltd, Sarah lived and worked in Dubai for eight years as an Office Administrator; a role that involved assisting directors, managing agendas and coordinating operations.

Sarah loves working as part of a team and gets a great sense of satisfaction from seeing projects through from start to finish. Her experience working in high-paced environments means that she remains calm under pressure and is always well-organised, ensuring that operations run smoothly at Angel Property Ltd. Sarah is always friendly and approachable, which together with her commitment to driving operational improvements, makes her perfect for her role as Office Manager.

Away from the office, Sarah loves travelling and enjoys cooking and spending time with her family!

Following her college degree, Louise began her career as a Human Resources Training and Recruitment Assistant with the reputable real estate developer Megaworld Corporation. With a distinct interest in building the most effective workforce possible, Louise was quickly promoted after just seven months in the company. From here, she spent three years focusing on hiring top talent and nurturing company culture.

Having used her previous experience to build extensive skills in employee relations, Louise joined Angel Property Ltd as the Executive Assistant, managing all sales and back office operations. Her positive spirit, outgoing personality and commitment to always doing her best make her an asset to the business.

Away from her day-to-day responsibilities, Louise is passionate about giving seminars and talks to groups of people. To relax, she enjoys photography, books, and adventures with lots of scenery!

Shaped by her extensive experience, Grace paved her way to Angel Property Ltd to join the team. She will use her skillset developed over her 5 years as an Executive Assistant and 2 years as a Logistics Specialist Coordinator to add immense value to the business.

Grace is a Cum Laude graduate of the University of Southeastern Philippines, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a major in Business Economics. As the perfect balance between an independent worker and team player, Grace values building long-term relationships with clients and is determined to deliver quality service. Knowledge, skillsets, and experience are just a few things she can contribute to Angel Property Ltd, helping to maintain our high level of competence in the London property market.

Outside of her professional life, Grace considers going to the beach with her family her favourite pastime, and in her spare time, she loves to watch Netflix series’.
